Mr. Erik Blaine, an attorney with Wright & Schulte since 2012, will join the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Court on May 18th, 2017.
The attorneys of Wright & Schulte congratulate Attorney Erik Blaine on his appointment. Mr. Blaine was appointed to the Bench by Gov. John Kasich and will join the Court on May 18th to replace the honorable Judge Michael Tucker.

Mr. Blaine graduated from the University of Dayton Law School in 2006. While attending school, he worked for the honorable Federal District Judge Walter H. Rice. Following graduation, Mr. Blaine was worked in the litigation department of a nationwide insurance company.
Prior to joining Wright & Schulte in 2012, Mr. Blaine served an associate attorney and as an Assistant Prosecutor in Shelby County.
During his tenure at Wright & Schulte LLC, Mr. Blaine focused his considerable experience and talents on ensuring equal access to justice for his clients. He has also donated his time to many community service organizations, serving as lead attorney for the Wills for Heroes program, as Chairman of the Greater Dayton Area Friends of the NRA, and the Montgomery County ExOffender Reentry program among others.
